Construction Management Career Fair

The Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University invites you to participate in our Construction Management (CM) Career Fair. This bi-annual event is the cornerstone of on-campus recruiting activities at CSU for CM students. We have an excellent pool of candidates available for your full-time, internship, and work experience (pre-intern) employment needs. In addition to CM, students from Engineering, Business, Interior Architecture & Design, and Landscape Architecture are encouraged to attend this career fair.
Employers need to be aware of and abide by our Employer Code of Conduct for Recruiting prior to interacting with our students.
PLEASE NOTE: Companies that no-show the day of the fair will not be permitted to register for the following CM Career Fair

Staffing agencies, third party recruiters, and network marketing organizations, as defined by the CSU Career Center, are not permitted to recruit on-campus through the CM Department at this time. This includes the career fair, info sessions, on-campus interviews, and other on-campus recruiting events hosted by Construction Management. For information on other recruiting services provided by the CSU Career Center, please visit their website.
Staffing agencies and third-party recruiters are permitted to post position announcements to our on-line job board, provided they adhere to our Job Announcement Guidelines and submit only current valid openings which disclose the employer and specific position within the posting. Employers are not permitted to recruit Construction Management intern or work experience candidates for commission or sales positions.
Payment
After registering on this site, you will have the option to "Pay Online Now" using a credit card, or you may choose the "Pay by Invoice" option to pay by check.
Please note, if you opt to pay by check, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THREE WEEKS OF YOUR REGISTRATION OR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FAIR, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST, OR YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Booth Package: One 6’ table with two chairs; two breakfast, lunch, and happy hour drink vouchers; two parking passes; wireless internet connection; and company profile and overview video on the Career Fair Plus App. Additional services/options available for purchase include additional marketing on the Career Fair Plus App, electricity, package handling/storage, and additional meal vouchers and parking passes.
Fall 2025 Semester:
- July 16: Registration for the Fall CM Career Fair opens at 9 a.m. mountain time
- Sept. 30: Fall CM Career Fair (from 10am – 3pm)
- Oct. 1 – 3: CM Career Fair interviews: A limited number of interview rooms will be available on campus and are reserved for out-of-state recruiters (flying in for the event), then PADB Platinum members only. One room per employer.
- Oct. 6 – 9: PADB Platinum Priority Recruiting (Monday & Tuesday are ‘self-service’ Wednesday & Thursday we can help schedule)
- Oct. 13- 16: Intern and Senior Recruiting

The fair will be located in the Grand Ballroom within CSU’s Lory Student Center.

Interview Room Bookings
A limited number of interview rooms are available on campus beginning the day after the fair. The week of the fair is reserved for out-of-state recruiters, then PADB Platinum Members. If you would like to sign up for an interview room or have questions about recruiting, please contact Khristy Jesse at Khristy.Jesse@colostate.edu (Senior Recruiting) or Anna Fontana at Anna.Fontana@colostate.edu (Interns & Work Experience). Rooms book quickly, reserve your space right away. The last day to sign up for on-campus recruiting events is the day after the Career Fair.
Attention PADB Members:
Active PADB Member Companies holding a Platinum membership will receive one complimentary Standard Booth Package and Banner Ad in Career Fair Plus per fair.
Active PADB Member companies holding a Gold membership will receive one discounted Standard Booth Package and discounted Banner Ad in Career Fair Plus per fair.

Registration Changes
The deadline to add or change attendees is 8:00am MST 3 weeks before fair. If you wish to make changes or additions to your information after you have completed your registration, you may login to this link to revisit your registration.
