Staying in Fort Collins this Summer?

Colorado State University Guest Housing provides a convenient option for anyone staying in Fort Collins over the summer for an internship, research, education, and outreach purposes.

How to Apply:

Select “Register Now” above to begin your Guest and Intern Housing application. 

You will be prompted to log in with your Iris Account. If you do not have an account, select “Don’t have an account? Sign Up.” Creating an account takes about a minute and requires your name, email address, and a strong password.

Online reservations open in March 2026. All guests must be at least 18 years old.

Please note that your reservation request is considered tentative until a Conference & Event Services team member contacts you with next steps. Each request is reviewed to confirm space availability for your preferred dates and to verify that your visit is affiliated with Colorado State University, such as research, a visiting scholar appointment, or an internship on campus or in Northern Colorado. 

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to log back in and complete your booking.

If you will be paying with tax exempt funds, please be sure let us know in your reservation request.

If you are taking ANY CSU classes this summer, you are not eligible for this program. You will need to contact University Housing to arrange summer school housing (housing@colostate.edu). Additional details and the application for summer school housing can be found here.

Rates:

Please note that taxes are not included in room rates but may be applicable. Guests staying 30+ nights are eligible for a 25% extended stay discount off the rates below.
